1.Check software version of your device**
2.Download device software and Update SOP (From “Manual” Item)

Stairs:
Get your Zenfone C to boot into fastboot mode (Power + Volume down button)
Zenfone C Connect to your PC and install the USB driver if not done already.
The phone should appear as "ASUS Android Composite ADB Interface" in Device Manager.
Now, open ASUS Flash Tool: – ASUS flash tool v1.0.0.11 It should detect a cell phone with a serial number and blue balls in front.
choose your phone model is ZC451CGPilih if you want to delete the data or no.
click box icon and browse for the image file that you downloaded zip signed before his.
Select your device on a flash tool by clicking on the number series ASUS devices on ASUS flash Tool Click on the green start button, be patient, stay calm and cross your fingers. It could take 10-20minutes or more.
