Let third party camera app use non-stablization mode.

Fix USB cable out might hang.

Fix first camera shutter was mute when phone call end.

Fix slow burst mode cannot take picture issue.

Speed up snapshot under low-light environment.

Fix in low batt voltage, charge mode crash.

Fix SIM1 occassionally no service issue.

Fix when data service network switching between SIM1 and SIM2, SIM1 cannot connect to 4G issue.

Fix issue that SIM roaming and connecting to CMCC network takes a long time.

Fix 4G connecting issue after dialing.
