Installation:
Download Rom and copy it to the SD
Enter in Recovery
wipe data/factory – Wipe cache – Wipe dalvik cache
Install Rom from SD

Which original firmware is this based upon? 0.2.6? 0.3.6? or earlier?
I've played with the GPS and GRP antenna on 0.3.6. I think weak signal is a problem of the antenna and backcover/silicon case.
The gyroscope and the magnetic sensors are not working correctly. Therefore GPS navigation is difficult to implement. We first need a fix of the magnetic sensor and gyroscope.
I started yesterday the gps test program, with the silicon case on, then I removed the case, but I cant see any difference in the signal level…

I am not sure if it is a problem of the antenna itself or a combination of the antenna and backcover/silicon case. I opened the backcase to somehow fix the antenna, developed 4-5 antennas myself and connected them to the phone, tried various fixes with copper, aluminium, cables, etc. In some cases I got better signal levels, in other i didn't. After all I cleared the original antenna's contacts and closed the phone's case. I tested with GPS Fixes and now I get a faster lock of satelites, thought not everytime I try.
I am very frustrated as to what's going wrong with the GPS. The gyroscope and the compass are not working, and is a problem too for navigation.
I tried to remove the silicon case, and the backcase, but for me nothing changed…

i installed this rom. it solved many problems in my phone, but create new one problem: the home, back and options buttons which under the screen doesnt works. do you have any way to fix it?
