     @sanava. i can't fix it but can prevent it from happening. the cause is the same as coenve said. when the touchscreen get warm it starts freaking out and when the battery level on my phone is below 30% it also starts. so now i try not to get the screen warm like i don't put the phone in my pant pocket i don't use the phone in the hot sun for too long, and when the battery gets below 50% i start charging it.

     maybe the trigger will be different with your phone. you can get a good visual of when your screen begin to freak out by enabling the touch visual feedback. it will give you an idea of how far you can push your phone before the screen malfunctions. if you don't know already, to enable visual feedback go to settings > about phone > tap 3 times very quickly on "android version". this will take you to the developer options with more options than the one everyone sees. scroll down the list to "show touches" and check it.

     hope this helps. not at all fun when it does the jiayu freakout when i try to show friends what the phone can do.

   I doubt is a hardware problem, with Lewa ROM doesn't happen. Too bad Lewa has problems with 2g/3g signal and weak wifi.

   I've just installed the newest LEWA ROM and had the same bug! It just performs touches automatically on the screen, most at the bottom of it. Anyone know exactly what is it? Rom recomendation?

     I have the same problem – it happens most often when the phone gets hot (either because I'm playing a game or when it's hot outside). I believe I once installed ROM where this issue was fixed (unfortunatelly I'm not sure which one that was), but it had other issues (no coverage, couldn't make/receive calls sometimes). I'm too looking for fix, or way to return the phone.

     Somebody tried maybe if this issue is fixed with official jiayu new ROM. I cannot install it with CWM recovery.

     it is static electricity under the screen,  likely from assembly,  I know because had same problem with an ainol tablet.  it should clear up.  your phone is probably new and not the turbo model.  the 6589 was rushed into production,  sloppy assembly.  dont worry not a hardware issue.

     ok, I'm thinking it is the processor rather than the touchscreen. just installed next launcher 3d and the screen is freaking out more than ever before. my prevention steps no longer works. can anyone with the turbo version confirm that is doesn't do the jiayu freak out with the turbo model?

   GPS does not work. You can see information about the available satellites, you can see two or three satellites and gps restarts.

   Cruelly drains the battery-charged about 11 pm and 4 am disappeared almost 30%. On stand by!

   Hi, i flash this rom : rename the file with "update.zip". Put it on an external sdcard on the root.

   Launch the prg "update system" : he find the rom and start the flash. All is fine but why the system didn't find the 32 Go storage on the settings ? total space = 1.48 Go !!!!

   Even "file manager" don't show the sdcard…

   I miss something ???

     I'm back Boris,

     I've found the solution:

     1) enter on recovery mode

     2) wipe data – wipe cache

     3) advance menu  then wipe dalvik

     4) reboot… the 32Go are back !

   For those who have problems with battery, they will update the system soon, jiayu posted an update with kernel compiled in 19 August. I think Jiayu.es will release another version of their rom, based on that kernel. It may be related to kernel, the huge battery drain.

     The version published on jiayu.es is the official rom, with chinese stuff and all that. I'm waiting for their version update.

     I don't really know since this version is quite new and probably working at a new version takes time. But from what I observed all new roms eat battery. The best ROM for battery backup is LEWA. Now I'm using LEWA stable, all works except poor signal on wifi/2g/3g and no ring at repeatable alarm clock.

    I've tried the both version of this ROM but on my JIAYU G4 advance… the same problem, i lost my internal storage !

    i've found how to restore it but it's impossible to work without the storage
