AFTER INSTALLING RECOVERY FOR KITKAT ..

Format SD (micro SD). (RECOMMENDED)
Download ROM and copy it to SD.
Login Recovery.
Wipe Data.
Wipe Cache.
Wipe Dalvik Cache.
Format System.
Install ROM from SD.
Automatic restart.
Configure Wi-Fi.
Configure Google account.
Wait 5 min. A ROM that is stable.
Apk Update of Google.
Open the BusyBox apk.

GOOD
I guess not all problems with SD Card are solved or this is only my case. I cannot delete any files from external sd card under any file explorer, no problem with deleting under windows from external sd card but cannot do this on android, which is not good and cannot be like that, hopefully I can hear from Newton about solution, and also Als_ps calibrations – calibration failing all the time, gps not tested yet, Newton thanks for your quick solution with SD on SD.zip
My bad – I forgot another problem – cannot copy anything from phone storage (9.45g) to my external sd card
very good rom, gps works after fix it
NEWTOn, can you help me?. When i connect my Jiayu G4S without battery to usb, my phone is connecting and disconnecting so i can't install drivers. Any ideas how to resolve this problem? I've windows 7 32bit. Can anybody help me?
did you try with different usb cable? try connectiong it to another usb port also
how to flash recovery? can i flash it via mobileuncletools
extract recovert.img from recovery zip and flash it via SPFlashTools
