Do you want to say me the chip of g700 is not a 6589 ????
The only way to confirm is to check your phone with MTK Droid Tools. Perhaps there are more fake phones that use the same firmware that I am not aware of.
The three identified phones here all use the same plastic body as a Huawei G700.
There seems to be a lot of ROMS for genuine Huawei G700 on this site already.
What do you mean "de-badget"?
The problems on my fake phoe: the lied extra 2 cores, the lied 1GB RAM (instead 0,5GB in real), the lied SOC (MT6589 instead 6572), the lied GPU (Mali 544 instead MALI 400MP).
In sysinfo my rom said as brand "alps" type "alps" originally.
De-badge = Remove the fake manufacturer logo and description. As you can see by the photos, the same hardware is being sold as a "Huawei", "Lenovo", and "ZTE". This ROM just gives you generic Android logo instead. As stated in the main article, this ROM still lies about the cores. RAM, and SoC.

I bought phone p780s but his got fake spec. The biggest problem is with RAM (2GB fake, 512MB real), when android use more than 512mb phone crash or close apps, launcher. Phone is unusable. Clear ROM (bootloader) needed with true spec.
