     Then install the modem for G700-U10

     You can use this Rom update G700-U10, but phone cannot detect Simcard
     other way… use modem.img from U10 Rom 

     http://www.mediafire.com/downl.....em+G700-U10.rar

     replace to This rom  G700-U00-143HW.zip\system\etc\firmware\modem.img

     after your phone will show U00

     There is NO kitkat 4.4 for G700.

     I have the G700-U00 and updated to EMUI 2.x  (it is not kitkat, just enhanced EMUI).

     I'm very sorry, the G700 could manage Android 4.4 very well.

   In case you have the G700-U00 version from China Unicom, after installing Official Rom B143 there is an update available OTA, it is B152.
