Instructions for Installing Rom
1) Copy the zip file to the sdcard
2) Switch off your mobile
3) Go to recovery.
4) Take backup of ur ROM
5) Wipe data/factory reset
6) Clear cache,dalvik cache
7) Go to Mount and Storage format system
Then select the rom file from sdcard and select install
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Which resolution u are talking about?
boot problem after install
On which firmware you are? Indian or Chinese? If you are on indian firmware you can directly flash this ROM and if you are on Chinese firmware you will have to replace boot.img and system/lib/hw/hwcomposer.mt6589.so from your stock ROM to zip file and than flash the ROM.
