   i flash the phone using UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.9015 few months back from 4.4.2 to 5.1 after using the upgradedownload tool the virus was not going away i used the android reset option as well but no use finally i used FACTORYDOWNLOAD_R2.9.9015 with the same file the virus got away.

    

   now the problem came in the phone was hardware sim radio is not functioning before i flashed it with UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.9015 two three times not no issues like that this time the problem was was severe virus not going away when flashing with upgragetool many times.

    

   now the phone is with gfive customer care lahore pakistan and they said you have flashed it with this custom rom of gfive 5.1 lollipop thats why it damaged the hardware in my case is sim radio every thing else is working well.

    

   i wrote the imei's using the file Spectrum Write IMEI Tools but no sucess so i asked gfive customer care for solution and they gave a command

   *#9999#

    

   please help me for this sim radio issue is that happened because of using the FACTORYDOWNLOAD_R2.9.9015 tool instead of UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.9015 tool please provide your comment on this

     I was also having the  same issue but yesterday i visit the GFive customer care center lahore and they solved my problem with no charges now sims are working thier is no issue with signals now . Just go to care center they will also solve your problem.
