Update: if you are loosing your IMEI's after boot, do a factory reset on the system, then unzip and use the instructions in the imei.txt. For the moment there is no other fix as nvram.bin is empty when you try to readback it from the phone. This mt6735 is another beast. Good luck!
Also update: now I have real expectations that I can port another rom to this device. Thanks to Mad Skill Skill!

In plan for next version:
Better grouping of icons after first boot.
(still no idea how to do it and suddenly my free time to learn it dissapeared)
Install notes (step by step as I do it):
put this .zip file on your micro sd card
Enter Recovery (CWM for now) by restarting your phone and holding the volume up key pressed until Carliv Recovery appears
Go to Wipe Menu
Press Wipe All – Preflash > Yes – Wipe All! > Yes – I want it this way.
Wait a while
Note: I included a system, data and cache format in the updater script, but it's better if you are doing that first, anyway
Note: you will loose all your data by doing this (except the Micro-SD card), so consider yourself warned
Go Back
Install zip
choose zip from storage/sdcard1
go to where you saved it and press on it
the choose Yes – Install F103_stock_by_RamonZ_v2_5.zip
wait a while at formatting system, formatting data, formatting cache
(is working much faster when you do a preflash first)
if you have errors like unmount of cache failed, it's ok
wait more while it extracts the system
It automatically deletes Dalvik cache after, so, when it goes back to the recovery menu:
Choose Go back
Reboot Phone
Then wait about 5-10 minutes for the first run.

Disclaimer: if you damage in any way your phone or loose data by installing the above sofware, I am not responsible for it. IMEI-s will be probably lost if you have a clone instead of GIONEE F103 and don't repartition your system with SPFlash and the other stock rom i've uploaded here prior to installing this ROM, but they can be restored if you use the right combination and knowledge. Also if you have a clone, do not do this if you don't have a way to go back to your software (spflash backup or .zip). Consider yourself WARNED!

that's so generous of you bro … but i have a problem, my cellular service isn't working anymore, i followed all the instructions as you said, and when the system starts i can't find any cellular service !!!

mam_ine do a factory reset after installing, then try the instructions on IMEI.txt, after you unpack it. You just lost your IMEIs, but they can be written back into the phone. Just take the battery out, see them there, note them down, then do what is on the IMEI.txt. The MT6735 has an empty nvram.bin, so we cannot (yet) do an automatical patch for restoring your imei's.
after doing a factory reset, and following the instructions on IMEI.txt i couldn't acces to engineer mode by taping the code, so i used mobiluncl tool but when i tape the AT +EGMR =1,7, "IMEI-A-ASSIGN" with my IMEI it shows me ( at command is failed to send ) !!!
i can't find any solution to this problem ! i even tried chamelephone apk to change the imei but nothing is working :/

You will have to do a format all+download with spflash using the stock rom for spflash.
