Description
Before install download and Install Framaroot and mtk mobile uncle tools
Place the recovey.img anywhere in sdcard
Steps:-
1) Root your Device if not rooted. open framaroot and try all three exploits, most of the time the third one will work
2) After restarting your device your phone will be rooted. Open mtk mobile uncle tools (Grant root access to the app) in that go to Recovery update… It will search the sdcard for recovery. Select the cwm recovery which you downloaded ( if you have trouble finding it then match the right filesize)
3) Once done, cwm is installed.. Switch off your phone.. to open or go to recovery mode press and hold VOLUME_UP+POWER_BUTTON once you see gionee logo release power_button but not volume_up button.
* Use volume_up and volume_down to move, power to select

sir i have downloaded this file 3-4 times and after downloading when i extract this file then always message comes that "this is not a valid archive" why this message comes. i have tried above both links. plz help me.
It is a iso image and it is too small to open it. In phone iso can not be opened but in windows except this all iso are opening . this is an unextrackable iso file
why extract? it's an .ISO file… there's no way you can extract it.there's a certain app to open such files like this…it is meant to be installed on the phone, and not to be extracted

Dear sir..I have successfully flashed the CTR but, during nandroid backup, I can’t save it to external sdcard as phone memory is low (total free 371mb in Gionee P3). So backup is not completed.

in the 2nd step mobile uncle is not serching from sd card, it is searching online
put it outside the folders in the SD card so it can detect
