Need replace this file: system\framework\framework-res.apk\res\drawable-xhdpi\keyguard_default_wallpaper.jpg
framework-res.apk open as archive with WinRaR.
After you can flash the .zip with framework-res.apk or flash ROM.
Unfortunately there is no other way to change…
Very good ROM, but In my device do not appears the two SD cards (internal and external), only one or the other. And the battery ends too fast. What can i do ?

flash 20130415_e2001_v89_jbl1a698 – 2.4G without preloader and sec_ro
then flash Stock_Rom_S7599 without system, preloader , sec_ro and logo (just uncheck them)
you need sp flash tool.
And you will get the best photo camera from the to ROMs . This is what I use. A combination of 2 ROMS
