First, I'm not a developer and I did not make this Gov Tuner tweak. I only share this tweak because using this tweak in some Custom Roms Perform faster.
I Test this tweak on [[ Android M / N / O ]] Rom Specially Ressurection Remix Updated version with another boot file, Viper OS, MIUI 10 Rom, Resurrection Remix Oreo Rom, AOKP, AOSP Extended After Installing all these Roms experience got better.

Install instructions:
Download flashable zip
Flash it from a custom recovery (CWM, TWRP or any other)
Enjoy it!
Uninstall instructions:
Reboot into recovery
Flash the Uninstaller file located at system/etc/govtuner
OR
Download the GovTuner uninstaller and flash it

so,i try this fde.ai v3.14 & 3.15 Optimizer and too much hang when you r browse something and on games. using default configuration .And on Gov-tuner tweak the performance is stable on gaming and browse and other problem is using fde.ai afer hang it takes more time to fix and phone hot too much.& on Gov-Tuner tweak after hang less time to fix and and less hot.
How to tune it i am on viper os android 7.x.x
just install. It will automatically enable on your system
You will need terminal emulator
Install terminal emuilator
Open and give super su right
Then type govtuner and then it will open govtuner than type 1 for battery
2 for balanced
3 for performance
ya but can do change this profile using any kernel adiutor app. and the default governor is interactive
