     That link above belongs to Original Samsung phone rom. Not for MTK chipsets bro! I downloaded and gave it a try. Unfortunately didn't work!!!!

   I try to download this rom and get "brom error s_ft_need_download_all_fail (4050)".

   I don't see cache.img fat.img usrdata.img are not necessary?

   I answer myself .. i took MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt and cache.img  usrdata.img  from original and it works… now I want to fix GAPPS and sincronization of contacts but with recovery mode UPDATING gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip I get OTA error … any solution? Last time I try to overwrite file system I finish in this url trying download a new ROM to fix the mass.

      Sorry buddy as of now 9500 rom not available for mt6575 chipset, for time being use the 9300 rom and give life to  your android ofcourse some features would be missing.As soon as i get it i would post a link to you.
