- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6572_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Finaly I fixed my issue so… I'll explain why this ROM isn't working for some of you. If you are looking here for ROM, you probably have a clone device (or MediaTek chip device). Imagine… the motherbord inside your PC – there are different types, with different ports,plugs,modification,components and ofcourse… DRIVERS. Ofcourse… with your PC you can solve the problems in many different ways… the same for the phones too! It just happens slightly different. Anyway… if you install the wrong ROM on your device (ROM which is builded for different chipset/device) can serve different results – not working phone, bootloop, no display or backlight etc. So if you face some if this weird things you have probably installed the wrong ROM (AND PROBABLY YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR THE WRONG TYPE!). THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP – KNOW WHAT HARDWARE YOU OWN!!! You have to know which chipset you've owned. Sometimes it's hard to, but this has to be YOUR FIRST PRIORITY – don't look for something you THINK you are right… BE 100% sure.
Second very important point is – MAKE BACK UP OF THE DEAFULT STATE OF YOUR DEVICE! Ofcourse… some of you wouldn't do it and will end up in looong search for the right ROM.
I got very good clone of Samsung S4 which I tried to flash with Samsung official firmware (as I wasn't awared this is clone) so as you all already suspect… it totally ****** up the phone. I was to retrive build.prop from the device (which luckyly wasn't overwritten) so I was able to find the exact type of device (which wasnt anything related to samsung… just MTK6572 chipset). Inside build.prop you will find the type you need to look for- in my case this was lcsh72_we_jb3. So… this was the right ROM from me. If any of you has issues related to clone device, e-mail me as I don't own your device I will be limited in what I can do to help you… but at least I can point you to the right direction
