4.WHILE PHONE OFF AND WITH BATTERY INSIDE PRESS VOLUME+ OR VOLUME- BUTTON
AND CONNECT PHONE TO PC
5.IF PHONE IS DETECTED FLASHING MUST START
MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL SPREADTRUM DRIVERS FIRST

Hi, I’m unable to install the drivers on windows 10. The security box doesn’t pop up and it ends in an unsuccessful installation. on windows 7 Titan it installs but in the device drivers, it list it with a question mark. and when I connect while holding volume up it doesn’t start flash process
