I have just received my HDC Galaxy Note 3 and it came with thelatest firmwear built on 31/10/13
I thnk that this ROM is great and therfore I would like to share it with you. I don't know if it is much better than the previous ROMs as I don't know the changelog and I haven't tried any other ROMs
Backup made using MTK Droid Root & Tools V2.4.8
ROM specs are:

You are welcome,
Do you have a valid IMEI number on the phone? Do you get signal?
Erase everything and reflash, if that doesn't work, it's a hardwear problem
Note: if you get signal but can't make calls. then it's to do with the IMEI number, it's copy of the IMEI of another phone, empty or a generic IMEI has been installed
I haven't expericneded any network problem on my Note 3, I allways get full bar or just one bar less than full

No don't update,
1st of all your rom is from the 7th nov, so it's newer than the ROM I have posted
2nd I am not 100% sure that it's safe to flash, as you don't have the same processor. If you really want to flash and give it a try, do a back up of your current ROM and flash it at your own RISK

Yes the system was rooted when the back up was taken
@Cyup …when you say erased do you mean like a full data wipe or? I searched the imei on swappa and it shows undetermind?
correction I wiped and re flashed with your rom and got a black screen it looks like ive been unbricking with a 1.1 wingtech rom….
Update: these damn phones have 2 IMEI'S!!?? I just changed and it worked, thanks for suggesting the IMEI
