   The flashtool doesn't "see" my HDC sunny. I already have a mtk6589 phone, so drivers must be ok.

   I followed the instruction video om FCT to flash without the battery inside.

   Any suggestions?

     After hours of installing drivers i finally got the flashtool connected.

     But after the connection the flashtool gives the following message:

     PMT changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded.

     Then it stops….please help…

   Hello , I have this Smartphone HDC Galaxy Note 3 Sunny 2 2+16G, which, until it worked , it was fine. Maybe because I messed around with programs and utilities , has begun to respond to phone calls alone , after only a short ring. Embarrassing because the caller could hear my words , without my noticing the call.

   After having attempted many , Apps audio , cleaning app , etc. . I decided to do a factory reset f to return to business as usual . , of course after a backupda Recovery.

   Unfortunately, the next attempt to Restore blocks because it tells me that there is "user data did not have enough space to restore"!

   How can I fix ?

   I tried with the software, and then , after finding the Roma fits on a site, then I tried the recovery with SP Flash tool .

   I think I've done well the steps indicated on the guides I found on the web but this time it was successful , the procedure crashes after pressing the Download button .

   Nothing happens even leaving it overnight.

   The last attempt I have left is to copy the ROM on the SD but the one I have is in. RAR, while the Recovery mode asks . Zip format .

   THESE PHONES ARE BAD i was hoping to get a decent phone from hdcmobile.com which is the same company as fastcardtech.com they send phones with issues and do not give refunds do not buy from any of these two companies

     My phone sure isn't bad at all. I guess you weren't lucky.

     Till now i'm happy but you have to keep in mind you're not buying a real note 3.

     I only wish there were more custom roms and a descent way to root the phone.

   For all users facing problem with HDC Galaxy note 3 Vitas 3GB/32GB play store + hangout problems and/or any other google apps, I successfully found a soulotion:

   1- Shut down the device 

   2-Using volume down + power — >>> from the factory mode >>>> reset device

   3- reboot

   4- Install in you PC SnapPea 

   5- connect your mobile … wait to install drivers and connecting to SnapPea

   6 – Uninstall the original super user using SnapPea uninstalling method, you need to give root access to SnapPea

   7- Unplug the mobile restart it

   8- download MTKdroidTools v2.5.3 and run it in your PC as an administrator 

   9-connect the mobile to pc and wait till MTKdroidTools show you it

   10- from Root.Backup.recovery tab in MTKdroidTools, Root the mobile ( This is risky !! make it in your own risk) — Retart mobile

   11 – from the Root.Backup.recovery tab chosse "To use boot from phone" then click "Recovery and boot" this is risky , do it in your own risk

   12- restart the mobile

   13- from "Root.Backup.recovery" again, click super user — choose superuser,busybox,root explorer and mobile uncletools — ok

   14- turn the mobile off

   15 – using Volume UP + Power go to the new installed CWM and do : complete factory reset in 3 steps : clear cash + factory reset + clear davilk

   16- restart the mobile and connect to pc

   17- again from MTKdroidTools from Root.Backup.recovery select Delete china ( Some app blocking google )

   18 – restart 

   19- using SnapPea delete the system app ( Google services frame work )

   20- copy – past the file  GoogleServicesFramework.apk to :  /system/app/.

   21- give the write permitions http://cloud.addictivetips.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/ES-File-Explorer-Permissions.jpg

   22- delete the file : hosts from system/etc

   23- REBOOT

   24- Done

   If the google play still not working , Then install gapps 4.2.1 from CWM you can fing it in internet and repeat steps 15- 24 it MUST be working now !

    

   Something else !! i deleted the content of the file agold_cheat_evaluating_software.xml from /etc folder !!! some times this cheats prevent google apps to find the 

   write connection !!! without it the device is OK

   i tried with installing google play on hdc note 3 vitas but i did not succed. I CANNOT make droid tools to put superuser and from 13 and above i stuck. I did it again and again but nothing, keep moving the green bar and not happening.Any more advice?

     be sure of : 

     1- System Settings >>>More >>>Developer Options >>> USB Debugging = Enabeled 

     2-  if its already enabeled , Check if the left bottom light in MTKdroidTools is green , if not, re-root the mobile ( step 10 )

     3- be sure that your mobile is turned ON when doing step 13

     if all of above is ok , turn the mobile off , using vol up and power , can you enter the CMW mood ? it should be the blue one with Galaxy note 3 vitas decleration , NOT the factory mode
