- Choose scatter file

my phone is just booting for 5 sec, i mean restaring again and again. not able to connect it with lappy..

hello guys!
I have this problem with a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9006(funny thing when I turn on the device it says SM-N900).. the thing is that a friend bougth this phone and it was working fine, however, he charged it under "flying mode" and when it was charged, turned on the phone but this didn't started, I mean it only shows the Samsung logo and that's all.. I don't know what can I do to fix it, I was tempted to flash it using this ROM but I don't want to make a mistake…
Can anyone help me out with this, I really want to solve it, because possible my friend will sell it…
