I was loading this rom in sp flash tool, but did not dare to install it.
Rom is much bigger than normal but files are not all there.
There is no preloader file and no userdata file.
I wonder if this is safe to flash.
Maybe it is, but first i need more info……
Change scatter file with your original and after load.
It is fine, you don't need the user files or preloader, to up date.

Works fine on mine, could try a factory reset, or the drivers are not the same on your phone.

Download Official ROM Update HDC S5 SM-G900S version: KOT49H.G900SKSU1AND3 - S105_XLF - SM-G900S_V09 is in my opinion the best ROM, set the Flesh Tools Port of compiling necessarily 7com and upload it again by selecting Format + Download.
