If you are a user Hisense eg970, then after downloading this rom then move boot.img from MIUI 3.7.6 (or MIUI old) to MIUI 4.3.21

How to Install: 
1.install using CWM 
2.Go into recovery / CWM 
3.wipe data / factory reset 
4.wipe cache 
5.Cusrom are already installed in wait until the download is complete reboot, 
6.after entering the home screen change china language with English language 
7.go back into CWM by selecting the restart recovery 
8.install GAPPS that was downloaded earlier by CWM 
9.reboot the device

How to order 1 to CDMA SIM: 
- Insert the SIM Only SIM SLOT 1 1 
- Dial * # * # 4636 # * # *, Phone Info, set CDMA auto (prl)

Ending: 
as usual "DWYOR" and after install please explore deeper into the features and the settings so in order to know the location of faults.
