So you know an Working Recovery i tried Dome But it says when starting the Recovery NO COMMAND

    • 05/09/2014

That's the stock rom recovery. Usually in the "NO COMMAND" screen, by pressing power and volume up at the same time you get the stock recovery menu. <– This was to teach how to access it.
In the issue of the custom recovery. The TWRP presented by Robert1988 in this section of HomTom HT16 ROMs does the trick.
But you can access through here: https://www.needrom.com/downlo...../homtom-ht16-4/
To have access to it, you have to install it on you phone first, using SP Tools v5. Once is installed, turn on the phone and immediately press the volume up button until you see three options. Choose recovery with volume up and  executeit with volume down. That's it. You'll have TWRP function correctly. Do a backup of your present ROM (optional), wipe cache, system and data. Come back to the home menu, choose Install and point to where you have put the LineageOS ROM and (optionaly) the Google Apps if you want the Play Store installed on your phone. Run the whole thing. Should take betwwen 2 to 5 minutes. At the end if you installed Google Apps, do not wipe dalvik/cache or the ROM will start to go aywire. The first boot might take some time but be patient. It will then get to the Language setup, just put your language or wait a few seconds for Android reconize your SIM card network and realizes where you are and what your language is. After that is pretty much simple, Set it up the way you want. Update Google Services (It will ask you to).

      READ EVERYTHING PLEASE!

You must have something conflicting with your TWRP. My advice is:

      1) Try to save your photos or any other files you wish to backup.

      2) Turn off phone, take battery out for a few seconds.

      3) Put battery in but don't turn on the phone.

      4) Use SP Tools and install Official HomTom v6.11 ROM.

      5) After step 4 is done, turn on the phone and once you get to the "Desktop" wipe your 8 GB internal memory. Do it manually. Wipe everything in it, and your MicroSD card and format this last.

      6) Go to developer settings mode and access it, turn on adb, usb debugging, and OEM Unlock.
      7) Turn off phone, take battery out and get it in again (don't turn on the phone).
8 ) Go to SP Tools v5 and put TWRP recovery on your pc's desktop view, tick recovery only. untick all others, choose the proper Android scatter file and the recovery IMG file, and run it. Only then you plug in the usb cable onto the computer or other device. A lot of people do the opposite in this step and get all sorts of errors due to miscomunication when you introduce the usb cable prematurely.
      9) Put all roms you wish in your MicroSD card and IF you want to rename the ROM file, do NOT use underscores "_" or anything other than letters and numbers. This includes spaces or odd ASCII characters Like #,€,@,$. For example: Chameleon Remix.zip. I have rename it into "chamremix.zip". The simpliest it is, the less memory and resources it draws from the phone. Any good programmer would tell you that.

      10) After all this is done, try again to install the custom ROM via TWRP.  I can tell you that the last version someone has put here on needrom works like a charm. So it must work for you.
Oh. On a last note. Use SP Tools v5 with internet off and your antivirus off too.
