HOMTOM HT7 PRO PORTING
STEP OF VITAL IMPORTANCE :
Before to flash this rom, make a backup of NVRAM with twrp into microSD !
a) Reboot into TWRP custom recovery.
b) Tap on "Backup".
c) Tap on "Select Storage".
d) Tap on "Micro SDCard" and tap on OK.
e) Put the check mark on "Nvram" only.
f) Swipe to Backup.
STEPS :
1) Flash it with SP Flash Tool (FIRMWARE UPGRADE option).
2) Enable OEM unlocking (Developer option).
3) Download the TWRP at the next link :
https://www.needrom.com/download/homtom-ht3-pro-twrp-2/
4) Flash the TWRP with SP Flash Tool (Download Only).
5) To gain access to the custom recovery, press volume up & power buttons simultaneously.
You will see 3 options (Recovery Mode/Fastboot Mode/Normal mode);
use the volume up to move between the 3 options and volume down to confirm the Recovery Mode.
6) Tap on "Restore".
7) Tap on "Select Storage".
8 ) Tap on "Micro SDCard" and tap on OK.
9) Tap on the folder.
10) Swipe to Restore the NVRAM backup.
11) Reboot in normal mode.
12) Copy & paste "BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip" into your microSD.
13) Reboot into twrp recovery.
14) Tap on "Install", tap on "Select Storage" and tap on "Micro SDCard".
15) Tap on "BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip".
16) Swipe to confirm Flash.
17) Reboot in normal mode.

Works fine, no faults found until now, battery life seems to be improved. Rooting was no Problem, Xposed framework runs, Gravity Box, XInternaSD and Greenify working without flaw I'm happy. Good work , thanks.

I would like to test this Rom as the feedback seems to be good. I am kinda new in these Rom things and I find quite confusing the description.. :/
Do I need to do all the things in description ? I already have TWRP installed and made a backup of the NVRAM as Cleopatra said.

Oryginaly I've had firmware 1.1.3. Now I have 1.1.2 – is it normal ?
If I don't want to do any changes more, do I have to go with steps 2), 3) etc. ?
I've bricked a bit my HT3PRO earlier, and for now I need fine working phone.
