HOMTOM HT7 PRO PORTING
STEP OF VITAL IMPORTANCE :
Before to flash this rom, make a backup of NVRAM with twrp into microSD !
a) Reboot into TWRP custom recovery.
b) Tap on "Backup".
c) Tap on "Select Storage".
d) Tap on "Micro SDCard" and tap on OK.
e) Put the check mark on "Nvram" only.
f) Swipe to Backup.
STEPS :
1) Flash it with SP Flash Tool (FIRMWARE UPGRADE option).
2) Enable OEM unlocking (Developer option).
3) Download the TWRP at the next link :
https://www.needrom.com/download/homtom-ht3-pro-twrp-2/
4) Flash the TWRP with SP Flash Tool (Download Only).
5) To gain access to the custom recovery, press volume up & power buttons simultaneously.
You will see 3 options (Recovery Mode/Fastboot Mode/Normal mode);
use the volume up to move between the 3 options and volume down to confirm the Recovery Mode.
6) Tap on "Restore".
7) Tap on "Select Storage".
8 ) Tap on "Micro SDCard" and tap on OK.
9) Tap on the folder.
10) Swipe to Restore the NVRAM backup.
11) Reboot in normal mode.
12) Copy & paste "BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip" into your microSD.
13) Reboot into twrp recovery.
14) Tap on "Install", tap on "Select Storage" and tap on "Micro SDCard".
15) Tap on "BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip".
16) Swipe to confirm Flash.
17) Reboot in normal mode.

Well after some hesitation because I wasn't sure about the flash, I finally just did it .. all went well and the phone is working fine so far.
I like the look of this Rom, some things like some icons look diffent and nicer. Will test it for some days now and see if the problem with the battery remains. Will leave feedback in a few days.
