download the rom and put on sd card( dload\UPDATE.APP)

I try whit the two methods you mention, and de the result is the same. Any other idea?

THIS is de number of update i am tyr to install: CHM-U01C636B330.
In the zip file, exist one pdf file that explain this update is for the version CHM-U01V100R001C636B070.
My phone has this number. but the error show again.
Notice: my bootloader is locked.
