Instruction

(First Method)
1. Please format your sd card.
2. Extract dload from downloaded zip file into sd card.
3. Go to Setting -> Update -> System updates -> Local Update
4. If you wish to backup data, you can choose "Backup data" or else just choose "Confirm".
5. Setup will restart phone and install update automatically. After finishing update, the phone will reboot itself.
(Second Method)
1. Please format your sd card.
2. Extract dload folder from downloaded zip file into sd card.
3. Shutdown your phone completely. Press power button, volume up button and volume down button at the same time.
4. The phone will boot into update mode and update accordingly. After finishing update, the phone will reboot itself.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

This is official update from Huawei. I myself have a problem with official firmware. I have rooted but I still cannot edit xml(s) under /system/etc/. For you, I have tried to install MobileUncle apk but the application stops working when I try to open Engineering Menu. So I am also waiting for custom firmware.
