I can’t connect to bluetooth speakers. Phone says it’s connected but it don’t give media sounds to speaker. What’s wrong? Can I change it in settings? Or is it just a bug?

I installed the rom and works ok, but i can not acces 3g network on the phone, it has WCDMA prefered but its always on 2G. Mobile data its in EDGE. I´m back at stock rom.
