Instructions
- Download the files and create a new folder and extract it there.
- Next is to open SP Flash Tool......If you dont have sp flash tool you can download it here.
- Then you have to click on scatter loading and navigate to the folder where you extracted the files,
you will see a scatter.txt file click on it and click open.
- The next step is to set the program to download only and then click download with green arrow above it.
- Now connect the phone via usb without the battery.
- Then put the battery back in and wait for the program to flash the rom to the phone
(DO NOT INTERRUPT THIS PROCESS AND DO NOT TRY TO TURN ON PHONE WHILE THE PROGRAM IS STILL RUNNING)
When the process is complete you will see a white tick in a green circle,
now you can disconnect your phone and thats it.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Gracias amigo, solo como sugerencia, deberías indicar que hay que hacer un hard reset luego de terminado este proceso, yo seguí los pasos que indicaste pero el telefono no pasaba de la pantalla de tigo y al hacer lo antes mencionado sí arrancó.

El archivo se daño en la descarga…. intenta descargar de nuevo.
Funciona perfecto, para los que les dió error al extraer intentar descargar de nuevo con un gestor de descargas, se les corto o dañó el archivo al descargar.

se me había brickeado el teléfono con otra ROM y revivió con esta… GRACIAS! 
Hola amigos quisiera saber si me pueden ayudar mi huawei y520 u03 lo flashe con una rom stock y cuando lo quise encender no encendia y cuando lo quiero volver a flashear me tira un error llamado 4032 enable dram file ayudenme porfavor
Puede ser la conexión…. el cable, el pin de carga, (que cargue no significa que este bueno) el puerto USB de la PC.
