In Windows open the CMD and run the following commands:
bcdedit /set nointegritychecks on
bcdedit /set testsigning on
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
Restart the PC.
Install the adb drivers.
Boot in Fastboot mode, pressing Volume- + Power button, or pressing hold Vol- and connect the USB cable to the PC.
Decompress the zip hyperos-rosemary-3.0.4.0.WOSEUXM_EROFS_Stable.zip
run 2_Flash.bat

Boot to Orangefox Recovery pressing Vol+ + Power, when Xiaomi logo display, release power button and do not release the Vol+ button

Restart to System.
