Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone.
- "Press F9 Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

I'm flash untill pop up done but can't boot logo loop help what can I do I don't know how to fix this problem and format + flash still not work please help me to find out how to fix this i did forth format and choose option 1.download only 2.upgrade 3. Format+flash still dose not work on my device using both official rom and custom rom when I turn on stuck in boot logo I put device in recovery it still old app still in root folders even I forth format over 20 times Help
