Extract the file recovery.img file from compressed file.

Flash recovery.img with Falshtool using the scatter file of stock ROM and using DOWNLOAD ONLY mode.

If the device is rooted you can flash it in the phone, copying the recovery.img file into teh root of devive inetrnal memory or sd, and flash it using an app like Flashify, Rashr etc.
