   Unfortunately this recent ROM was listed without full instructions and when updating with standard flash tool from old ROM it doesn't install correct LCD drivers. 

   I recommend you change EBR as well, as the latest ROM changes the file structure and only gives 1GB for internal storage.

     hello, question, I have the phone inew v8, 12/9/2014 rom with 1Gb of memory for applications. I tried to increase the storage but will not let me use the same rom. He says he's already upgraded to this rom, but I only want to change the storage capacity, any suggestions? thank you.

   I have problems with the camera, it looks terrible in low light Conditions and movement is super slow at low light.
    

   The Flash LED has very low power for Dual LED Flash
    

   It's a software problem or a general problem INEW v8?  I have the V8_1.21_20140912 Update

   I have updated with August ROM and got the blank screen like another user did so reinstalled orginal ROM and phone working again did not try the September ROM as reported it changes the storage partition size to 1GB / 13GB split, all I'm after is to stop the stupid "mobile data enabled" pop up notification.

   Anyone know of another way of stopping the mobile data pop ups?

   Or is there another updated ROM on its way that works and still gives you the full storage space?
