THIS IS NOT MY ROM, just a share (plus minor improvements) for people who cannot download of Xiaomi/Baidu servers

TRY IT TODAY, THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST MIUI ROM OUT THERE FOR OUR BELOVED IOCEAN X7 YOUTH.
INSTALLATION:
1. Download and place MIUI X7.ZIP file on your SD CARD
2. Wipe DATA/ CACHE/ DALVIK AND SYSTEM (you will lose all your Data)
3. INSTALL ZIP
4. REBOOT
5. After the initial SETUP, reboot to recovery and install Google Apps
6. REBOOT AND ENJOY a SUPER FAST STABLE ROM

Optimization – Simplified display method of WeChat/Google+ accounts etc. in contacts detail page (4-16)
Optimization – Set QQ as default IM when adding a new contact (4-16)
Optimization – When sending contacts information using SMS, the contact's recently used number will be marked (4-16)

So I just want to say that this ROM is very good!
It is meant for the iOcean X7 YOUTH only. Read the instructions:
- install Gapps though recovery after the initial installation.
- Go to boot this way: on your menu go to 'system' and then select 'updater' (blue icon with white arrow)
- Select settings (left hardware/touch key) and press 'Reboot to recovery mode'
I used English and Dutch: they both have dictionary!! How great is that. All out-of-the-box.
The built-in security functions are also very good. I just love this one, I hope they keep upgrading/patching this release: MIUI is what stock android should have been.

WIFI is not working after some time… IT starts great, but after while, it shows that it is connected, but, cant open any page or google play.. That is serious problem.

I tested and find out, that problem appears when I use a-gps, after that, wifi mostly doesn't work.
Anyway, great job and I'm gonna keep using this rom.
