Hi,

Please download J7 firmware from the URL below and copy it to USB.

Follow these steps:

1- Go into recovery mode by pressing the RESET button while plugging the power cord into the box.

2- In recovery options, go to "Apply Update From EXT".

3- Go to "Update from UDISK".

4- Select "J7-Prod-ota-9.0_20200707.img" and press OK on remote control.

5- Do not turn OFF the box until firmware installation is completed.

6- When firmware installation is completed, remove the USB and restart the box from the first option in the recovery screen "Reboot system now".
