   Because I couldn't connect the google apps in spite of many different tries, I flashed my rom. At first to the 2708 version, no success. And then I tried an earlier version and my touchscreen isn't working anymore now. I tried the solution with the zip file with the 0402 ROM but flashtool says the scatter can't be loaded. I tried crazy tricks but I have no solution and my phone is not working at all now, the touchscreen doesn't even respond to anything.

     Hi mar7xion, I'm facing exactly similiar situation and I haven't been able to solve it. Looks like that somehow the touchscreen drivers are messed up. I think that one trick that could pretty surely help is to buy a new touchscreen from Aliexpress, but it costs almost 50% of the original price…

   I just flash the european version everything looks perfect exept the GAPPS DO NOT work I can not login to my google account no communication with google servers someone help with that

     raccoon, I hope there is another solution. Nothing is broken in the phone afterall… Just a bad configuration now because of the change of firmware but I have no clue how to solve this damn problem…

     Are you using 2-step verification for your Google account? If that's the case, creating a device specific password for your account might help.

   I installed ROM 2 – JIAYU F2 – Update 04/27/2015 and after that screen stopped working properly. Now I am not able to touch anything and use the phone. When I touch something phone chooses something which is higher.
   If somebody knows solution for that problem, please help m

   I resolved my problem with screen, but after a while screen totally stopped reacting. Maybe somebody had the same problem and can help me? I do not know what to do, because I am not able to use the phone.

     For your problem replase the file attached at the following link https://drive.google.com/file/.....aring  with the same of the following fw version: F2W 20150402-103930

     downloadthe file zip, extract the file boot. delete the boot included on the fw F2W 20150402-103930 and use the boot attached by me.

   Unfortunately this problem is not the same, as earlier was. I used my phone with 0402 and boot.img replace, but after few days the touch screen doesn't resist any touch… i tried to reflash, but nothing changed.

   Try with format all and download. After flash verify if the imei code si the esame otherwise repeir with the imei tool .

   Hello

   I use the firmware: ROM 2 – JIAYU F2 – Update 04/28/2015 
   When recording video with the application "Camera" and any other applications associated with the video camera on top of a very loud sound repeating crash.

   In "Camera" app in the video settings there is an option "audio mode" – "Normal" and "Meeting"
   If you select "Meeting" – the problem disappears – no crash sound

   However, selecting this option will not be saved. When I close the application "Camera", the newly selected by default audio mode – normal.

   - How to keep the audio mode – "Meeting"?
   - Where are the settings "cameras" that could be forced set the audio mode?
   - Maybe something changed in the engineering menu?

   We would like to solve the problem globally for other applications.

   I tried again reflash the phone the same firmware – It did not help

   Hi all,

   I try install ROM. becouse like many of us google play not working. I try installl all of rom`s and updates and unfortunatelly my screen not working. Looks like be not calibrated. Any ideas to solved this problem???? 

   I`ve found on JIAYU website this solution and that`s not working http://www.jiayumobile.be/inde.....038;language=en

    Boot.img replacer but still blocked.
