Hi! Yes, GPS must work in Europe. GPS files in the original firmware I have not changed. The initial Russian language (changes in build.prop) can change to any language in the settings.
The original version of the firmware was for Europe. Perhaps you yourself have to put on your desktop clock widget, dialer and contact shortcut (they are pre-installed), as well as to change any wallpaper, what you like. And I added a special shortcut for quick access to the engineering menu.
Russia (European region) is in the field of European GPS satellites, so if GPS works in Moscow, in theory it should work in Europe, such as Germany or France
