Sorry. Network reception poor after burning the rom – not after rooting as I said.
Some further testing…
The IMEI is not lost, the value is correct for this device. Connection to the provider is weak though, and it does not provide 4G signal very often. Before this upgrade I had a solid 4G signal at home and at work.
I think I need to give up on this rom, sorry.
altho I have posted some feedback at XDA on usb debugging issue, the big picture is the battery life is very very good with this ROM so I recommend it.
2) For better quality camera I suggest you install the open camera apk
this allows a max of 3820×2160 ratio of 16:9 for 8.29 megapixels but I use 1280×720 to save some storage space.
Thanks to the devs for making this available to us normal users and we are all human here so sorry if I offend anyone.
Having suffered bigger problems with the official 5.1 release, I've given this another go. Finally I've managed to get it stable. It is likely that I may have had some residue from previous installs when I tried this before. This time I took it all stage by stage:
1. Used flash tool to do a 'firmware upgrade' with the rom. Started it up, set up the basics (language, disabled unwanted built-in apps), configured the WiFi network
2. Rebooted a couple of times to ensure that the settings for the wifi were stable.
3. Used the flash tool again to get TWRP 3.0.0 on. I had to do this twice before it would work.
4. Using TWRP, I put on today's gapps 'micro' release.
5. Booted up, checked all was well, popped in my google account details and all seems to be quite normal.
If this holds up, I'm going to be very pleased with the work you've done here. It's pretty impressive.

Thankyou for good rom, and original battery going too much this room i have 100–>28 6 hours screen time, very good. İ think we can get 8 hours.
İ dont know why Mtkengineer not working,
Need to fix only camera.

Camera is Sucks in this Rom.
some more bugs:
1) you can never turn off one of the sim cards
2) Roaming sign always appear over the signals bar if you want 3g internet
3) light meter doesn't work
4) problem with sound in application
5) not rooted
6) problems with Wifi connection, Wifi just stops sometimes
7) battery falls in 15%
well as you can see this is just one more buggy Rom.

and the 1 i dont know because i dont try it… try uninstalling and installing one more time

I have only one sim but your points
2) roaming not true for me…try going into system settings -> sim cards -> sim1 settings -> turn off data roaming
5) turn on dev options -> root access -> turn on root for either apps and/or adb
6) no problem my end you could try dev options -> change aggressive wifi when wifi signal is low
b) for your router….if you have a good one you can increase the transmission power send and receive

Yeah, I had a similar problem – it went away after I did a reinstall with a wipe of the phone – see my earlier posts above yours.

damit if i turn off roaming option i don't have internet connection.
Yes i´ve rooted my rom.
And don´t turn off the data roaming or your apps will not have internet (any instant messaging, social network, games….)

hi all,
I tried to install this ROM from RC4 (5.1.1), yesterday with twrp 2.8.7.7, didn't work, and yesterday tried with twrp 3.0.3 and as yesterday it freez at the stage :"patching system image unconditionally…" just up i have skipping MD5 check : no MD5 dile found"
Please help
