This ROM is really nice. The difference in speed is awesome when compared with my old 4.4 ROM. I just noticed some minor things that may help to improve the ROM:
a) SIM card 1 always takes much longer than SIM 2 to get the signal. I switched the cards and it is always the same.
b) Sometimes both SIM lost signal and reconnect after some minutes.
c) NFC sometimes works partially or gets stucked. It takes a long time to switch on/off
d) GPS positions properly but when I use a Navigator like Sygic the arrow is unable to move fluently. It always jumps between positions like if the position exchange between Sygic and the OS was not fast/fluent enought.
But in general I can only say thank you and congratulations. It is really a nice ROM.

I installed the RC4 and it works great. I have problems does not work in 4G. Another problem reported by another user does not operate the two sim at the same time, if it is active both no longer works.

this is my first post and the first flashing of a rom on this wonderful device. Everything was perfect, I had no problem on the installation.
The ROM is fine, very fast compared to my stock KITKAT one.
Just one thing: how can I add the google voice recognition? I cannot find a way to enable it and download the Italian language for the offline recognition.
This is really important to me, the voice recognition I mean….

No problems, I solved installing Google application and downloading the Italian offline language.
So now everything is fine
I did a upgrade from stock 4.4.4 to this ROM using SP flash tool. It was the first time I even flashed a Rom, so I was a bit nervous, but everything went well and I'm happy with this upgrade.
As mentioned by someone else: the sound, when recording video's, is bad. And I found that Spotify freezes sometimes. But for me that are minor problems. Over all I'm very happy with this upgrade.

I installed rc4 so far without problems.
Now I wanted to proceed with the update for rc5, Dolby Atmos or Supersu, but how can I install these? I think 'via recovery' means, I need twrp, but where can I get it?
Meanwhile I found out, but in case someone else doesn't know, here is, what to do:
1. although normally no data will be lost, it is a good idea to save important data before you start
2. copy DOLBY-ATMOS.zip, supersu-2.46.zip and update_Jiayu.zip on your sd-card
3. turn phone off
4. turn phone on pressing the on/off-key and the volume-up-key together and keep them pressed until a tiny menu appears
5. choose the first item via volume-up-key
6. press volume-down to select it
7. click on Install
8. Search for the zip-archive to install
9. Swipe slider to the right. I have had 2 messages, something like 'resource failed to load' and 'no image resource specified', but the installation worked anyway
10. reboot
I rebooted after each installation, just to see what happened, but I think you also can install everything at once.

I'm using the 4.4.4 and I'd like to upgarde to this. I do everything but I cannot get connection between PC and the Phone.
Is necessary some drivers to get connection??

Just one thing, the camera flash do not works… It's a bug or can I fixe it?
I upgraded my Jiayu s3 from kitkat 4.4.4 to 5.1.1 RC4, all things went smooth.
I am facing an issue, I am unable to use 4G internet through my SIM. When I select "Prefered Network Type" as 4G, the SIM signals are crossed (no call, no sms , no internet, like SIM is shut down), and when I select 3G as prefered network Type, everything starts working OK, but with 3G net speed.
Alhtough on my Kitkat, 4G was working fine with the same SIM. I have changed the position from SIM 1 to SIM2 as well, but same problem.
Can any one HELP to resolve the issue?
Where is a link to RC5 update?
