Method to flash –
Go to recovery
Then wipe/advanced wipe/ select system,cache,Data,dalvik cache
Wipe only these 4 of them
Next go back press reboot/recovery
It says no OS installed confirm to reboot press ok
And then recovery will reboot again
Then flash miui8 zip i given in link
Wait upto its flash
After flashed rebokot to system and wait upto it boot up asnd enjoy miui 8 rom
