hola tengo una tablet krono 7030 y se ha quedado en pantalla negra no se si enciende o no mi pc la reconoce pero muestra el letrero de dispositivo desconocido asi que no puedo usar el sp flash tool hay alguna forma de revivirla por favor necesito ayuda
