I leave you a TWRP Recovery port for the Leagoo T1 Plus.
Multilenguage
To install the recovery it is necessary to unlock the Bootloader. If you unlock the bootloader will be done a factory reset, keep it in mind and make a copy of your files before.
To unlock it I leave you a self-installer. Activate the USB debugging, connect the terminal to the pc and execute the .bat file.
