I tested and is working perfect (I haven't seen any issues)

Download it again (maybe corrupt file) and follow instructions. It works perfect and instructions given from iOcean are ok. In fact I installed following them. Have you copied it into the EXTERNAL sdcard?

I haven't checked it specifically but superuser is installed and MTK has root access so I understand yes, is rooted.
