I think, you must press power + vol- to fastboot mode. Then connect phone to computer and flash it usingbat file in package.

LeEco is pure sh1T. I bought it. Many test many tries … i lost my money. It has a Super hardware but … ANDROID close each apps i start randomly after a while, when it decides … IS USELESS !
