these roms contain chinese apps…which can't be removed.Also gapps provided are chinese. what is solution for this?

1. First, go to "https://www.needrom.com/mobile.....90-6/" and
download the following files:
-DriversA690.rar (windows need to recognize the phone device)
-A690_S013_121025_BY_STANCOS.rar (Full ROM Firmware)
-SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1224.01.rar (Program to flash firmware on the
phone)
-A690_root_by_stancos.zip (To Root the phone)
2. Unzip all the files downloaded, except A690_root_by_stancos.zip
(no need to unzip it).
3. Remove the battery and connect your phone in a computer with an
USB cable. Windows OS will ask for its drivers, so install them
manually pointing to the folder "\USB VCOM Driver\". The folder is
where you just unzipped the downloaded files.
4. After driver installation, Start program Flash_tool.exe (inside
the SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1224.01 folder).
5. Click on Scatter-Loading and search for the file
"A690_S013_121025_BY_STANCOS\MT6575_Android_scatter.txt"
6. Click on Firmware->Upgrade and wait until a green circle appears
on your computer screen.
7. Now you can unplug your phone and close the program on your
computer.
8. Rename A690_root_by_stancos.zip to update.zip, and just copy it to
a micro SD-CARD.
9. Put the micro SDCARD into your phone, Put the battery back, and
turn it on pressing at the same time Vol + key, until Recovery Mode
Screen Appears (in Chinese unfortunately).
10. Using Vol +- to browse, select update.zip and press the bottom
left key to confirm.
11. Wait a few seconds and That's it. Just restart you phone and it's
rooted. Now you can download programs like Root App Delete, to remove
chinese bloatware, and other apps to manage you phone applications.

The green colour never appears. And i am using Windows 8 64 bit.. It automatically installs the driver without making it manual. And exactly how much time is required to green colour to appear?
I never tried on Windows 8, only Windows XP. Did you say that Windows automatically install the drivers? Are you sure you're removing the battery before plugging it to the computer?
