I have windows 7 64 bits, and can not get the SP flash tools find the phone. run the driver installer, but can not get SP flash tools recognize my phone, I'm doing something wrong??

I did everthing I was supposed to do but for some reason when I turn on my phone the ''Lenovo'' screen appears for a few seconds and then the phone just reboots and comes back to the ''Lenovo'' screen and it just keeps doing that cycle until I pull the battery. Has this happened to anyone else? What could be the problem… Any help please!
