Instructions:
- Download your desired ROM
- Put it in the external SD card
- Boot into CWM recovery (Just restart your phone, if CWM on boot is installed correctly it will automatically boot into it)
- Select “Wipe Data/Factory Reset”, this will clear all previous ROM data and your applications
- Select “Apply update from SD Card”
- Navigate to your ROM and select the .zip file
- Wait for the installation to finish and then reboot
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

White Snow, if I'm not mistaken there is a ROM called: Android 4.2.1 ALTERNATIVE v1.0 by smart-ass_fox on the 4pda forum. I tried to download it… but with no luck. Could you please say a few words about it ? Are there any known bugs in that ROM ? Maybe you could upload it here on needrom ?
I’m sorry since I get to know about NeedRom at the end of September this year（A820 was first sold in March）and I’ve not heard about that .I wish anyone else can help you.
