Install ROM:
CWM
Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while

nothing works well..when you install gapps it crashes instantly and gps is not working..
I’ve question to person who install rom and then update. Is the update resolve all of problems ?

The ROMs are from China and from different rom makers.They are moved here.Maybe I can provide more and better roms in China because I am always there,including MIUI,LEWA,BaiduYun,S3.Reagan Sujen’s MIUI is the best and BaiduYun is made by BaiduYun official ROM group .I don’t know if you will like them for they just support English and they are first Chinese.And I can only provide the links of the download in China and some descriptions.OK,would you like some Chinese Roms?
don't know if you can help on this, I've tried reagan's vibe rom for a820 and i thing it is the best rom available for our device! The only problem is that it isn't in full english, even some sistem popups (like root permission requests) appear in chinese, and that prevents us to use that rom in a stable way.. could you ask to the developer if he can develop a fully english (or even better multilanguage) version on the next releases? I would really like to use it!

That’s a real problem,I’ll have a try.
First give my statement.I am moving roms from China so there would be some problems such as they are all first Chinese .But all roms I met support English,though.
Look at what I can do and what I cannot do.
1.I am not able to upload the roms but give you the links from China just because I don’t konw how .I am not sure if you will download them successfully because in China I can only login by some vpn softwares such as shadowsocks and fqrouter.I have been searching for roms here because they like the roms so much such as Lambda of infred.
2.So far I can only give the links beneath someone else’s roms,though I don’t mind indeed.
3.You can tell me the bugs,and I can tell the original rom makers,but I am not sure if they will be fixed.
4.I can give some descriptions of the roms.
5.Since they are from China,it does remain a lot of problems to be solved.But I think Miui will bw fine because it’s said to have been used in many countries.After the first rom I ‘ll try to find a perfectly translated rom.
6.Sometimes I am sorry to admit my poor English,so some of the contents are translated by automatic guys.And I will provide original contents.You can translate them by softwares or if you understand Chinese.
7.In China they are shared for free.So far the amount of roms of A820 is over 100,though only a few of them are good enough.Maybe you need some small adjustments because some parts are just for Chinese but don’t do something bad to their roms,they like their own roms so much.
Right that’s all of my statement.The next is the entree.

How to install it?It’s nothing new but a CWM recovery and wipe what is neccessary like any other new rom.Good luck.
