A huge shout out to Russia for making this rom, here's the link to the forum where this rom was found. This rom will be an absolute lifesaver for those who need a rom with gapps or root
Looks nearly stock, does have a couple of extra apps like file browsers but i wouldn't consider it bloatware. Has google play store, kingroot and no lenovo crapware pre installed. does support english language, even though the pictures are in russian and disregard the folder titled S858T indicating it's for another phone, the firmware is definately compatible with this phone.
Installation is a bit tricky. Included is everything you need if you download via the megaupload link. The russian download link only includes the original firmware. If you download from mega everything should be compatible with windows 10. If you do not have windows 10 you will have to get different vcom drivers and to be honest its much easier anyways so don't upgrade to windows 10 if you don't have to.
1, install LenovoUsbDriver_autorun_1.0.12.exe
2. Install the W10 VCOM drivers, follow this guide
3. Use the included SP Flash tool, some do not work with the a858t
4. follow this guide. The scatter file is located in the S858T_302_RU rom.
