DESCRIPTION


ROM for Lenovo A916 – Android 4.4.2

Official Lenovo A916 S206

PLUS :

Gapps included

Language support: Multilang (about 70 languages)

This rom is rooted

Removed all unusable app

This ROM have original Lenovo recovery, but if you want I attached a CWM recovery for A916 (this is not mine)

 

 - Download FlashTool, extratct and Click on Flash_tool.exe
 - With Flashtool select the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
 - Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
 - Open in Flash tool the Options / Options / Download and select DA DL All with Checksum
 - Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

- have to set "Firmware Upgrade" or "Download only", but do not use "Format All + Download", because you will lose the IMEI

- Press Download
 - connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.

- install the vcom driver if you don't do this before
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after, yellow, grey and green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

- The first boot about 1-2 mins

    I got 32 Gb SD card and I cannot save any file to the SD.

    SD card its free and internal storage is full.

    Hi there !

    Can you tell me how to set default SD card ( I mean my physically kingston 32 gb ) I got Problem becouse even I intall app from Google play or mobogenie throu PC. Its on Internal storage.
    I’ve tried to set SD or partition my SD card or change to other 8 gb SD card. And its always the same.
    I've Also tired to make some unlock Kitkat4.4.2 SD card steps

    Anyone who can't run their youtube app on this A916 (error – tap to retry), try install older vision of youtube., preferbaly version <6.

    Remove the current one, install the older one and disable youtube app's update on google store.
