CyanogenMod 12.1 for Lenovo K3 Note.
Rom was not made by me but found on Chinese forum here: http://bbs.ydss.cn/thread-556198-1-1.html
All credits go to Nanj for making this rom.
HOW TO INSTALL RECOVERY
- Enable Android Debug Bridge (ADB) in developer options on your phone
- Plug your phone to your computer
- Use commandline to reboot to bootloader: adb reboot bootloader
- Check that your device is properly detected with command: fastboot devices
- Flash recovery with command: fastboot flash recovery k3note-recovery.img
HOW TO INSTALL ROM
- Make sure that your phone is powered on and plug it to your computer
- Put the rom (cm12.1-k3note.zip) and gapps (gapps-64bit.zip) in your phone's internal memory
- Use commandline to reboot to recovery: adb reboot recovery
- Use option Wipe data/factory reset
- Use option Wipe cache partition
- Use option Advanced > Wipe dalvik cache
- Use option Mounts & storage > Format system partition
- Go to Install zip from sdcard and install cm12.1-k3note.zip
- Repeat step 8 with gapps-64bit.zip
- Return to CWM main menu and choose Reboot system now
- Rom will boot. Remember that first boot takes a long time

Any bugs? This is ti multilanguage?
As the rom maker wrote on his Chinese thread:
-Mobile data don't work (but calls and messaging do)
-Network signal is not stable
-Front camera does not work
-Rear camera flash does not work (back camera itself is working)

recently i installed cm 12.1 stable latest version really working good but wifi problem (after 2 days installed not working)
mobile data and front camera not working. then its useless.
any bugs?
Yes, it has a lot of bugs. I don't recommend using it as a daily driver.
Only BT not working.
Mobile data working (tested with SIM in slot 2).
Haven't found any other issues.
How did you get the mobile data to work? Can you make a instructions of itin here??
It doesn't detect SIM (at least on SIM1 slot)
If you attach an audio cable, it will still play sound through the internal speakers, not the headphones or car stereo.
That's all Ive noticed, but as you can see, they are important. Other than that, it's very stabl, incredibly fast, and looks beautiful.
Please advise procedure to enable download of ROM.
disable "add block" in your browser…then you will see the link for download.
but my advise is to wait untill they fix the bugs.
in my case, only one SIM card is working. i hope that guys are working on this…I tried many custom roms but this one is the "smoothest"…if they fix these bugs mentioned above, for sure will install this rom.

the only working ROM for every day use is "lemonchelo novamod MDSTeam", Lolipop 5.0
I have tried many ROMs but only this one is acceptable and so far didnt find major bugs (just remove at the beggining "system server" app which was claimed to be a spyware)
I am afraid that support stopped by CM Team, so in the near future there will be no update for CM12.1 ROM. I Hope that I am wrong.

Did you use lemonchelo novamod MDSTeam on your K3 note instead? Does that work?

Just installed and found:
No SIM 2 recognised
Unstable wifi
No front camera
No data on SIM 1
